ATTENTION
Drop off addresses of the return will be those indicated as pick up addresses selected for each passenger in the outward transfer data ( Practically the departure addresses of the morning will be those of the end of the daily service for each passenger) following a logical and shorter route, agreed with the driver of the vehicle.

Departure or return pick-up times are to be considered every 10 minutes from the selected initial pick-up time (example of the initial pick up time for the outward departure at 8.00 the following time, in the second address, will be considered 8.10 and so on for any times of the following addresses if present - same example for the return time of initial pick up at 16.00 the next time, in the second address, it will be considered at 16.10, a hypothetical third at 16.20, a hypothetical fourth at 16.30). The timetables must be strictly adhered to as the maximum waiting time at each location is 5 minutes by the driver, also with respect to other passengers.

We also inform you of the right to lodge a complaint with the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, as a supervisory authority operating in Italy, and to lodge a judicial appeal, both against a decision of the Authority, as regards the controller and/or a processor.
